About Jean
Jean is a financial planning and forecasting expert who has spent two decades helping organizations evolve and transform their approach to enterprise performance management, from startups to Fortune 100 firms. With the movement to the cloud, she specializes in overseeing multiphase enterprise resource planning (ERP) and EPM implementations for teams across industries. Over the course of more than 50 EPM and five cloud ERP/EPM implementations, she has developed deep subject matter expertise with Oracle’s suite of tools for financial close and consolidation, profitability, planning and forecasting, data governance, and reporting.
Throughout her career, Jean has:
- Advised multiple organizations on the transformation of their financial systems, developing requirements for new ERP and EPM technologies, project timelines, deployment plans and reporting strategies.
- Led efforts to redesign organizations’ chart of accounts to support more unified reporting and create a single source of truth for financial analytics.
- Helped organizations navigate the migration from on-premise to cloud-based planning systems and create plans to optimize internal adoption of new applications.
Prior to joining Huron, Jean served as an EPM project manager, solutions architect and consultant for a variety of organizations.
