Michael has more than 20 years of experience helping organizations across industries plan and pursue successful digital transformation. He works closely with leadership teams to architect comprehensive technology implementation initiatives that result in increased efficiency and productivity and facilitate growth.
Throughout his career, Michael has led the implementation, integration and custom development of cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) and other mission-critical enterprise applications. He is a Salesforce subject matter expert who advises operational and information technology executives on data governance, architecture and integration strategies to maximize their technology investments and assure alignment with their strategic objectives.
Michael was previously a leader and equity partner at Cloud62 Inc., a Salesforce consulting firm acquired by Huron in 2015. He has also held technical leadership roles with Advent Software, Briacine Services, Macromedia and Arthur Andersen.
