Susana provides supply chain transformation and operations strategy expertise to global companies across consumer goods, retail, life sciences, industrial, and automotive sectors. With more than 25 years of experience, she helps organizations modernize operating models, improve decision making, build resilience, and deliver measurable business results through AI, advanced analytics, and supply chain operational excellence.

Throughout her career, Susana has:

• Led a global supply chain transformation for a beauty company, improving service levels by more than seven percentage points, reducing inventory and obsolescence by 30%, and lowering transportation costs through advanced customer service and fulfillment capabilities.
• Directed a multiregional sales and operations planning (S&OP) and inventory optimization program for a global beauty company, achieving a 10 percentage point increase in forecast accuracy, a 20% reduction in inventory, and a 30% reduction in product destruction costs.
• Led a planning transformation for a Fortune 500 consumer goods company, deploying AI- and machine-learning-based forecasting and a managed service model to deliver double-digit forecast accuracy improvement.
• Designed and piloted an integrated planning and control tower initiative for a global industrial manufacturer, validating a business case exceeding $200 million.
• Led supplier collaboration and manufacturing digitalization initiatives for a Fortune 100 global original equipment manufacturer, strengthening supply chain resiliency and production stability as part of a multiyear transformation.

Prior to joining Huron, Susana spent 27 years at Accenture, where she held global leadership roles across Europe and the United States and served as managing director in the supply chain group. She advised C-suite executives and boards on supply chain resilience and digital transformation. She also guest lectures at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) on sales and operations planning.

Susana earned a Master of Science in e-logistics and supply chain management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), Universidad de Barcelona, and University of Cambridge. She holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from UPC. Susana has completed executive development programs from IE Business School and IESE Business School, as well as leadership and digital innovation programs from Accenture.
