- Led a connected operations and IoT transformation initiative for a Global 2000 industrial equipment manufacturer, resulting in improved manufacturing uptime, reduced unplanned downtime, and measurable gains in overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Directed an electric vehicle and battery strategy portfolio for a major automotive OEM client, resulting in a clearly defined road map and accelerated time to market for next-generation electric vehicle platforms.
- Led a merger and acquisition integration initiative for a multinational IT services and consulting company following an acquisition, resulting in successful account and capability alignment across a complex multigeography organization.
Prior to joining Huron, Andy served as Vice President, North American Industrial and Automotive Market Unit Lead, at Capgemini. He held the role of Managing Director at Accenture, where he spent 18 years in leadership positions of increasing responsibility across the automotive and industrial sectors. Earlier in his career, Andy held roles at Donnelly Corporation, where he served as an Organization Change Management Lead, and at Sintokogio Ltd. in Nagoya, Japan, where he worked as a Sales And Marketing Analyst focused on North American markets.
Andy earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
