About Bianca
With more than 15 years of experience leading complex transformation programs, Bianca specializes in helping organizations align technology investments with business growth, operational scalability, and financial performance objectives. Her expertise spans cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) and enterprise platform transformations, including Workday, Salesforce, planning solutions, and enterprise integrations. She focuses on practical AI-enabled business strategies to improve operational efficiency, decision making, automation, and overall enterprise performance.
Bianca has led and advised clients across professional services, staffing, healthcare, construction, media, technology, and other asset-intensive industries through all phases of the transformation life cycle — from strategy and solution architecture to deployment, optimization, governance, and organizational change. She has played a leadership role in more than 90 successful deployments and optimization initiatives.
Throughout her career, Bianca has:
- Led enterprise transformation programs that align finance, operations, and technology strategies to improve scalability, reporting, governance, and decision-making capabilities.
- Collaborated with chief financial officers (CFOs), chief information officers (CIOs), and executive leadership teams to develop future-state operating models and technology road maps that drive growth, efficiency, and business process modernization.
- Directed complex cross-functional initiatives spanning finance, HR, payroll, professional services automation (PSA), customer relationship management (CRM), data strategy, and enterprise integrations to deliver connected, enterprisewide transformation outcomes.
- Structured and led large-scale strategic pursuits, executive workshops, governance models, and transformation programs focused on operational excellence, automation, and long-term value realization.
- Helped organizations optimize revenue management, spend management, forecasting, project operations, and management reporting through cloud-based ERP and digital transformation initiatives.
- Advised clients on transformation governance, process standardization, data strategy, organizational readiness, and change management to support sustainable adoption and business impact.
Prior to joining Huron, Bianca held leadership roles within Appirio’s Workday practice, with earlier experience at Deloitte, Aggressor, and Accenture, where she focused on cloud transformation, enterprise finance systems, organizational change management, and ERP delivery. She also contributed to Workday’s first Financials implementations during the early stages of the platform’s market expansion.
In addition to her client leadership responsibilities, Bianca is deeply involved in community and philanthropic initiatives focused on education, literacy, financial empowerment, and underserved communities. She serves on the executive board of directors for Reach Out and Read of Greater New York, The Love Project, and Magnolia CDC. Bianca is also a member of the Studio Museum in Harlem’s Global Council, supporting initiatives that advance contemporary artists of African descent and expand access to arts and culture globally.
Bianca holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from Louisiana State University.
