Bianka has acted as the organizational change management (OCM) lead in over a dozen enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations — ranging from SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), Oracle Fusion, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Project Operations (D365), and PeopleSoft — across a variety of industries.
Throughout her career, Bianka has:
- Overseen the OCM program for a comprehensive, enterprisewide implementation of SAP S/4HANA, an enterprise management solution, at a global manufacturer and retailer specializing in high-end audio products. She managed the end-to-end change program from blueprint to go-live, leadership engagement, communications planning, training strategy, cutover communications, organization design, security role mapping, and hypercare support.
- Managed an Oracle upgrade impacting 4,600 users across 42 sites in 25 countries, coaching internal resources on change management practices and managing the overall end-to-end program delivery, which resulted in a 99.3% completion rate on training delivery. She led the leadership engagement and change network to successfully ensure business ownership and retention of the new systems and processes.
- Acted as a business change adviser and engagement lead on an SAP S/4HANA implementation, overseeing the OCM program for a global medical device manufacturer. She led the integration of two large organizations from a merger into a single SAP greenfield instance. Bianka directed the transition of 1,200 legacy stakeholders from SAP ECC and other legacy ERPs to the new platform, providing strategic direction on the program, fostering leadership engagement, and managing change adoption.
- Served as the OCM change adviser on an SAP S/4HANA implementation, overseeing the OCM program for a global leader in chemistry and specialty material solutions. With the integration of two large organizations as part of a merger and acquisition, she managed this recovery program from previous OCM implementers and provided strategic direction on the program for the manufacturing, sales and operations planning, finance, order to cash, procurement, and commercial workstreams. Bianka managed the leadership engagement and change adoption of the new system and business process for 12,000 legacy stakeholders moving from various legacy ERP systems in 10 months.
Prior to joining Huron, Bianka served as a managing director of business consulting and organizational change management at AXIA Consulting (AXIA), which was acquired by Huron in 2024. She held the role of OCM practice lead at NTT DATA Services (formerly Dell Perot Systems) and OCM lead at Solutions Consulting.
