Carolyn has experience building and leading high-performing global organizations, improving operational and financial performance, and delivering client outcomes to help them own their future. She develops collaborative teams, mentors future leaders, and works with executive stakeholders to navigate complex technology and business transformations.
Throughout Carolyn’s career, she has:
- Implemented agile project methodologies and review processes that delivered improved support services and project outcomes resulting in 98% client satisfaction.
- Supported the migration of healthcare applications from on-premises environments to cloud-based infrastructure, helping clients modernize technology delivery and improve scalability.
- Led application hosting operations supporting platform migrations, new client implementations, technology upgrades, and disaster recovery projects while maintaining 99.99% system availability.
Prior to joining Huron, Carolyn served as Vice President of Oracle Health Consulting, where she led an organization of more than 1,100 consultants and project managers responsible for delivering Oracle Health services to commercial healthcare clients across the United States and Canada. Earlier in her career, Carolyn held multiple roles at Cerner Corporation across consulting services, support services, application hosting operations, sales support, and interface development.
Carolyn earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Iowa State University. She also completed a leadership certificate through the Doniphan Leadership Institute at William Jewell College and a healthcare leadership certificate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
