Patrick helps organizations design and scale digital product platforms that improve delivery speed, strengthen developer experience, and enable modern, AI-enabled business capabilities.
About Patrick
Patrick provides product platform and digital transformation expertise to organizations modernizing how they build and deliver software. He works at the intersection of product management, engineering, and customer experience to design scalable platforms that improve delivery predictability, strengthen developer productivity, and enable innovation. Patrick’s work focuses on evolving the platform into a scalable, modern product ecosystem, strengthening product discipline, and introducing AI-enabled capabilities to support the next generation of digital workflows.
With more than 20 years of experience, Patrick has led the design and delivery of cloud-native platforms, developer ecosystems, and enterprise product transformations. His background spans platform engineering, DevOps enablement, and product-led operating models, helping organizations simplify complex environments and accelerate time to market.
Across his career, Patrick has:
- Established a platform-as-a-product operating model for a global developer organization, leading the build of foundational cloud platforms across compute, control planes, and data services, resulting in a 40% reduction in time to market, a 30% reduction in infrastructure costs, and adoption across more than 200 engineering teams.
- Led the design and launch of a container-based computing platform for a $1 billion enterprise software portfolio, enabling a modern multi-cloud delivery model, accelerating release velocity, and expanding managed services capabilities.
- Pioneered a cloud-native delivery and deployment model for an enterprise software provider, improving installation and upgrade cycles, modernizing workflows, and enabling a transition to subscription-based licensing models.
- Directed global product management for shared platform services, including identity, observability, continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment (CI/CD), and collaboration tooling, increasing reuse across product lines and strengthening engineering alignment and delivery consistency.
- Built AI-native product prototypes and applications, exploring how large language models can improve product development workflows, enable human-AI collaboration, and accelerate delivery in modern engineering environments.
Prior to joining Huron, Patrick held senior product and engineering leadership roles at global technology organizations including Nike, Micro Focus (formerly Hewlett Packard Enterprise), and Dell. He led large-scale platform engineering and developer experience initiatives, building cloud-native platforms and enabling enterprise-wide digital transformation. Earlier in his career, he founded and led product development organizations and contributed to early innovations in software development tools and platforms.
Patrick earned a Master of Science from Sorbonne Université and a Bachelor of Science from Université Paris Dauphine.
Patrick has spoken at industry conferences, including DockerCon, on topics related to cloud-native platforms, software delivery, and digital transformation.
