Patrick is an established strategy and innovation thought leader with nearly 40 years of experience developing organizational growth strategies for companies experiencing disruptive change, high risk and uncertainty. He has worked with leading companies in a range of industries, including healthcare, industrials, technology and telecommunications.
Before joining Innosight, Patrick was a director at McKinsey & Company, where he was a long-standing leader of its strategy practice in North and South America, as well as the creator and leader of the firm’s global strategy and trend analysis center.
Patrick is a highly sought-after speaker on global forces, healthcare disruption and growth strategy. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Dartmouth College, magna cum laude, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
