Paul is a global delivery and business transformation leader with 25 years of experience helping healthcare, financial services, and life sciences organizations scale operations and strengthen global capabilities. He has worked with clients and teams to build sustainable businesses, develop leaders, and create meaningful impact. Before joining Huron, Paul served as chief operating officer at Guidehouse. Paul held senior roles at AGS Health, and Ajuba Solutions. He holds an MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management and completed Harvard Business School’s Senior Executive Leadership Program.

Paul has over 25 years of experience leading large teams and helping clients in the healthcare, financial services, and life sciences industries expand their global delivery capabilities and global footprint. He has guided multiple organizations from inception to scale, creating new revenue streams, building and operating scalable and sustainable organizations, developing new business and global delivery models, managing capital and operating expenses, nurturing leadership talent, and fostering long-lasting business relationships.
Paul brings deep expertise in business development, service delivery, client relationships, business process design, technology- and AI-driven performance improvement, team and culture development, change management, and digital transformation. He has built high-performing, revenue-generating business units, created new growth opportunities, and led large-enterprise automation and process reengineering initiatives.
Before joining Huron, Paul served as general manager at AGS Health, a revenue cycle management company, where he was part of the startup team. Earlier in his career, he served as manager of operations for Ajuba Solutions, now Coronis Health, a business process management company.
Paul holds a Master of Business Administration from the Great Lakes Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Madras. He also completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. Paul’s expertise and impact have earned him Consulting magazine’s 2026 Top Consultant award in the Global and Cross-Border Consulting category.
