For more than 15 years, Prashant has been at the forefront of global growth strategy and disruptive innovation. As a consulting partner at Innosight, Huron’s strategy and innovation business, Prashant collaborates with senior executives at Fortune 50 companies to help his clients achieve strategic transformation and channel growth through disruptive innovation.
Throughout his career, Prashant has developed deep experience in information technology (IT), consumer products and financial services. He also holds specialized domain expertise in healthcare and life sciences sectors, spanning providers, payers, medical devices, pharmaceutical and biotech.
Before joining Innosight as a consulting partner, Prashant worked at a 30-year-old venture capital firm, where he managed a $2 billion portfolio, increased deal flow in disruptive new ventures, oversaw all phases of the investment process, and advised entrepreneurs on successfully launching and scaling new businesses. He has also served as a consultant at Deloitte, specializing in helping Fortune 100 clients in Europe, Asia and North America across industries such as consumer goods and media distribution.
Prashant is also the founder of Navya Network, where he spent a decade building a healthcare technology firm specialized in clinical decision making. He also previously served as an adviser to KAHM Capital, an early-stage investment firm for IT and healthcare startups.
Prashant’s personal vision is to contribute to global health equilibrium and a world without cancer. He is a featured speaker on the subject of innovation and growth, and has delivered keynotes to major companies, national conferences and large universities.
Prashant holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Yale School of Management, with a focus on strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship and venture capital.
