He specializes in delivering innovative Workday student solutions and assists institutional leaders in analyzing and evolving operational strategies, in bringing to life new systems and solutions, and in building the foundation for continued growth and optimization.
Throughout his career, Raghu has helped higher education leaders mobilize foundational strategies, systems, policies and processes to elevate the student experience and increase operational efficiency. As a tactical leader with technical system expertise and program management experience, he has helped many clients in their journey to the cloud, specializing in Workday systems. By driving adoption and innovative change management strategies, Raghu has helped many clients elevate their ability to navigate disruption, enhance performance, evolve systems, elevate student experiences and improve operational efficiency.
Before joining Huron, Raghu served as a director at Hitachi Consulting. With Io Consulting, he helped universities and complex university systems transform their student platforms. He also served on PeopleSoft's education and government team as a consultant specializing in campus solutions, human capital management (HCM) and finance.
Raghu holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, concentrating in management information systems, from the University of Ottawa in Ontario, Canada. He is a certified Workday partner and a certified leader in the Workday student deployment approach. Over the years, he has frequently served as an expert on technology and strategy forums, including annual conferences for EDUCAUSE.
