Randy leads Huron's Global Workday business unit and serves as Executive Sponsor for many of the company's largest, most strategic, and most complex technology and business transformation programs. With three decades of executive leadership experience as a CEO, business president, consulting executive, and board advisor, Randy serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives and governing bodies leading enterprise transformations that fundamentally reshape organizations.

Throughout his career, Randy has worked with major public higher education institutions, healthcare systems, and global nonprofit organizations.
Earlier in his career, he served as President of Workday's Education and Government division, where he partnered with Workday founder Dave Duffield to establish and scale Workday's Higher Education, Government, and Nonprofit business unit. His responsibilities included strategy, sales, marketing, product management, professional services, and partner alliances.
Prior to Workday, Randy held senior executive leadership positions with IBM and Accenture, leading business units across Japan, Southwest Europe, and the United States serving commercial, healthcare, public sector, and higher education organizations.
Randy earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Administration with a minor in Computer Science from Iowa State University and studied advanced accounting at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in preparation for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination.
Randy serves as an Advisor to the Board of OculusIT and previously served as a Board Director for Regent Education, Thesis, Curvature, and SunGard Availability Services. He is a member of the Executive Advisory Council at the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University.
