Salil has more than 20 years of experience helping clients in higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services through the digital transformation journey of their enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, from legacy stand-alone applications to an integrated, scalable, and standardized ERP. He enables clients to be future-ready for advancement in business processes and regulatory needs for finance, supply chain management, human capital management, and students.

Salil aids higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services clients in modernizing their ERPs and navigating their digital transformation journey, enabling them to scale up, maximize their businesses’ value, and improve customer experience. He helps organizations leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to let go of monotonous activities, improve their systems, and achieve their goals.
Throughout his career, Salil has:
- Managed and led multiple ERP modernization journeys for clients in the U.S., U.K., and Asia-Pacific region, enabling them to be future-ready for scaling up their business, achieving operational efficiency and standardization of processes.
- Provided consulting expertise through total ownership of cloud migration assessments; process and ERP improvement and implementations; and end-to-end integration of client systems and platforms.
- Built competency centers in India for a variety of vendor ERP solutions, including Workday and Oracle Cloud. He led ERP and workforce transitions for international clients, resulting in cost reductions and a 24/7 “follow the sun” model for their ERP development and support activities.
Prior to joining Huron, Salil held leadership roles and managed transformation programs at CSC India Private Limited and GE Capital India.
Salil earned a master's degree from Indraprastha University and a Bachelor of Science from Delhi University.
