Tim works with financial services organizations to design and deliver complex transformation programs including end-to-end customer experience, digital, financial crime, and regulatory change. He brings the perspective of having worked both inside major global banks and alongside them as an advisor, helping executives turn strategic priorities into operating models, customer journeys, technology-enabled solutions, and sustained organizational change.
His experience includes leading digital and business transformation across retail banking, private banking, and wealth management. Tim has worked with boards, C-suite executives, technology teams, operations leaders, and regulatory specialists to address issues ranging from digital client experience and customer self-service to economic crime, structural reform, and enterprisewide regulatory change.
He also brings extensive experience designing customer-centric operating models and digital strategies at scale. His work has included omnichannel transformation for more than 20 million customers, digital wealth platforms for ultra-high-net-worth and private banking clients, client segmentation and prioritization strategies, and the redesign of complex customer journeys in regulated environments.

- Led omnichannel customer experience transformation for a major U.K. bank serving more than 20 million customers, redesigning high-impact journeys and contributing to a 33% increase in brand Net Promoter Score.
- Designed and executed a digital wealth strategy for a global private bank serving more than 250,000 clients, establishing digital capabilities that supported self-directed investing and robo-advice.
- Led a global private banking digital transformation for ultra-high-net-worth clients, creating a new digital platform while navigating complex cross-border, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Designed and implemented a client segmentation and management strategy for a global private bank that helped prioritize approximately 700 top-tier relationships and contributed to a 24% increase in revenue over three years.
- Advised a major U.K. banking group on fraud and financial crime transformation, including regulatory responses, customer self-service, operating model design, and strategic workforce planning.
Before joining Innosight, Tim held senior transformation, digital, strategy, and customer experience roles at Barclays, J.P. Morgan, and Citi and also worked with leading U.K. banks at Wipro Consulting. Earlier in his career, he worked with A.T. Kearney and Deutsche Bank on financial institutions strategy, mobile banking, capital markets, and transaction-related analysis.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Kingston University.
