About Brad
Brad provides strategic business transformation and information technology solutions to clients across industries, including manufacturing, government, education, utilities, and professional services. He works with clients to optimize their business processes and leverage technology to deliver value to their customers. Brad is also deeply involved in project quality assurance, ensuring that initiatives meet the highest standards from planning through execution.
Throughout his career, Brad has:
- Led the development of an internal value assurance team to govern and support a $150 million project portfolio for a U.S. utilities business serving more than 3 million customers across six states.
- Successfully managed a seven-month business and IT transition for a grain milling business after its acquisition from a multinational food manufacturer.
- Developed a comprehensive business and technology plan for a five-year, $100 million financial transformation project, consolidating and converting applications and business functions across seven business entities.
- Managed the business and technical enterprise resource planning (ERP) rollout at two of the largest state agencies, resulting in streamlined operations, increased efficiency, and successful integration into the statewide ERP system.
Prior to joining Huron, Brad served as chief operating officer and senior program manager at AXIA Consulting (AXIA), which was acquired by Huron in 2024. He previously held the roles of director and owner at Apriant, practice leader at Empower Solutions, and senior consultant at Accenture.
