David has more than two decades of consulting experience, with a specific focus in helping higher education institutions identify, analyze and improve their operations and technology processes.

About David

David has spent more than 25 years in the consulting field, with the last 20 years dedicated to higher education. He has a depth of expertise in complex project management and helping institutions manage large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation.

Throughout his career, David has served as the project director for multiple PeopleSoft implementation programs at public and private higher education institutions, as well as academic health systems. He has led teams of over 100 employees to develop strategic ERP road maps, maintain on-time and on-budget implementations, and engage faculty and staff in the technology modernization process.
