For over 13 years, Ricky has advised Fortune 500 clients across industries to bring tailored, innovative, data-driven approaches to drive growth and sustained improvements in operations, service, sales and profitability. Ricky’s clients have been in sectors such as airline, automotive, advanced electronics, consumer goods, healthcare, medical devices, hospitality, media and newsprint, paper and pulp, oil and gas, software, travel, and transport and logistics.
He has extensive experience collaborating with private equity firms and portfolio companies to design and lead comprehensive transformations that deliver rapid, meaningful and sustainable impact by balancing organizational performance and health.
Prior to Huron, Ricky was an associate partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led internal and client teams that delivered studies for Fortune 500 companies. Ricky started his career at Huron, where he worked with clients to navigate corporate restructurings, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions processes, and performance improvement initiatives.
Ricky holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree of business administration in finance from the University of Notre Dame. Ricky holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation and is a certified insolvency and restructuring adviser (CIRA).
