Conor advises healthcare organizations on patient access, connected health, telehealth, business process outsourcing, and contact center services. He has deep experience helping health systems redesign access and communications models, improve operational performance, and scale human-connected, technology-enabled services across complex care environments.
His work focuses on bringing together healthcare operations, technology, workforce strategy, and service design to improve access, enhance patient experience, and support stronger clinical and financial outcomes.
Throughout Conor’s career, he has:
- Led the growth of a global healthcare managed services organization supporting patient access, care coordination, clinical support, patient engagement, and healthcare communications across Ireland, the U.S., and other markets.
- Guided the centralization of an access-to-care function for a leading U.S. healthcare provider, helping establish a scalable model for patient access operations.
- Led business process outsourcing and contact center operations supporting healthcare clients through complex public procurement, service delivery, workforce, and technology requirements.
- Helped expand AI-enabled clinical and patient access solutions designed to improve access, enhance patient experience, and support care coordination across the healthcare continuum.
Prior to joining Huron, Conor served as Group Chief Executive Officer at RelateCare, which was acquired by Huron in 2026. He previously held successive roles at Rigneydolphin, including Group Chief Executive Officer, Connected Health Director, and Director of Operations. He was part of RelateCare’s inception as a joint venture between Cleveland Clinic and Rigneydolphin, helping grow the organization into a global healthcare communications and managed services company supporting major healthcare systems across multiple continents.
Conor earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Studies with honors from Waterford Institute of Technology, now South East Technological University.
Conor has contributed to the healthcare innovation community through involvement in Enterprise Ireland’s Connected Health Steering Committee and service as a Board Member of the Center for Applied Research for Connected Health. He has also participated in public discussions on connected health, healthcare innovation, leadership, and the growth of Irish healthcare companies in global markets.
