- Led a complex post-merger transformation for a private equity-backed organization, addressing urgent operational issues within 45 days, generating $2 million in savings through lease renegotiations, and strengthening operating processes and financial reporting.
- Advised a $400 million division of a $2 billion global transportation and logistics organization on finance and operations, consolidating forecasting and budgeting processes, redesigning executive scorecards, and helping launch a new operating model across 40 service centers worldwide.
- Supported a major chemical industry acquisition and integration, including due diligence, capital planning, organizational restructuring, sourcing changes, and divestiture activities, while identifying $3 million in labor savings.
- Helped a financial technology company strengthen core business processes and reposition for growth, including securing working capital to support a shift to a recurring-revenue model and reducing voluntary turnover by 20% and average time to fill key roles by 60%.
