Erin combines her passion for college access with a technical mindset to help institutions advance their missions, driving innovation and empowering teams to deliver transformative solutions aligned with institutional goals and client needs. Her work bridges strategy and technology to streamline processes and create meaningful experiences for students and campus users.
Throughout her career, Erin has:
- Delivered in-depth Slate database diagnostics and optimization plans to empower campus users and improve operational efficiency.
- Advised a leading private research university on implementing data security protocols in Slate to protect sensitive information and mitigate risk amid rising campus cyber threats.
- Assisted a multicampus database consolidation for a large public institution, streamlining administrative workflows, enhancing data governance, and unifying the student experience.
Before joining Huron, Erin served as vice president for client technology at RHB, a division of Sig, where she led strategic, tech-driven solutions. Prior to RHB, she was general manager at Technolutions, where she supported hundreds of institutions’ Slate implementations, developed curriculum for foundational and advanced Slate trainings, and led the launch and development of the Slate.org platform.
Erin holds a Master of Business Administration from Claremont Graduate University’s Drucker School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
