Robert brings nearly four decades of experience helping organizations plan and execute large-scale business transformations enabled by enterprise technology. He specializes in business process redesign, information technology strategy, enterprise systems, application design and development, and complex Oracle implementations across manufacturing and other asset-intensive industries.
About Robert
Robert advises organizations on enterprise technology strategy, implementation, and operational transformation. For more than 26 years, he has focused on large-scale programs enabled by Oracle enterprise software, including Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud Applications. His experience spans enterprise resource planning (ERP), business process redesign, application design and development, program management, quality assurance, and enterprise systems management.
He has worked with clients across industrial and high-tech manufacturing, automotive, aerospace and defense, consumer products, retail, and financial services. Robert has led complex global programs, major systems replacements, enterprise upgrades, and transformation efforts requiring coordination across business functions, technologies, and geographies.
Throughout his career, Robert has:
- Spearheaded financial, order management, inventory management, and manufacturing system replacements for a major aerospace and defense organization.
- Directed an enterprise systems upgrade for a consumer products manufacturing and distribution organization, including a complex enterprisewide cutover.
- Led the replacement of financial, forecasting, inventory control, and retail systems supporting over 600 locations for a specialty retailer.
- Overseen the global deployment of new financial, order management, and inventory control systems with budgets of up to $400 million for a consumer products manufacturing and distribution organization, including leading the development of Oracle implementation methodologies and tools.
Before joining Huron, Robert was a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting, where he helped establish the organization’s Oracle practice and focused on complex implementations and turnaround programs. He previously served as a Consulting Sales Director at Oracle Corporation and as an information technology operations manager for a global services organization.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Michigan.
