Tim focuses on operational advancement and performance improvement — specifically developing and deploying AI-enabled solutions within healthcare contact centers and advancing the operating models that support patient access and care coordination.
He works with healthcare leaders to identify high-value opportunities for conversational AI, virtual agents, agent augmentation, automated quality assurance, conversation intelligence, knowledge management, and advanced analytics. His focus extends beyond the technology itself to the workflows, workforce capabilities, governance, and performance frameworks required to deploy AI safely, effectively, and at scale.
Tim brings a practical operator’s perspective to transformation, connecting technology with process redesign, workforce planning, operational performance and change management. His finance background adds rigor around business-case development, commercial viability, return on investment, risk management, and the measurement of sustainable client value.
Throughout Tim’s career, he has:
- Led the development and deployment of AI-enabled contact center and managed services capabilities that improve patient access, responsiveness, service quality, and operating efficiency.
- Shaped technology-enabled operating models that combine conversational AI, agent support, knowledge management, quality automation, and analytics with human expertise.
- Led financial strategy and operational performance for a healthcare communications and managed services organization supporting patient access, care coordination, and clinical services.
- Overseen finance, business intelligence, compliance, and continuous improvement functions, strengthening management information, performance accountability, risk oversight, and operational discipline.
Prior to joining Huron, Tim served as Group Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at RelateCare, which was acquired by Huron in 2026. As a member of RelateCare’s executive leadership team, he helped guide the organization’s financial strategy, operational performance, governance, and continued growth within the healthcare managed services market, having previously served as its Group Financial Controller. Earlier in his career, Tim held finance roles at Glanbia plc, a global nutrition and ingredients company, and worked at PwC, where he developed experience in financial analysis, taxation, and advisory services.
Tim is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland (FCA) and a CPA.
