Josh is a leader at Innosight, Huron’s strategy and innovation business, who specializes in working with life sciences and medtech companies to transform their organizations in response to disruptive change. He focuses on helping companies set visionary strategies, identify high potential growth opportunities, accelerate the development of promising emerging technologies, and guide the creation of new business models.
Prior to joining Innosight in 2005, Josh was a research analyst covering emerging technologies in the alternative energy, clean technology and sustainable development sectors. He has also worked as a researcher and writer for Let’s Go Travel Guides and as a research assistant for a think tank focused on Middle Eastern history and politics.
Josh is an accomplished teacher and lecturer, having led dozens of client workshops and keynoted innovation conferences worldwide. He recently coauthored Lead From the Future: How to Turn Visionary Thinking into Breakthrough Growth, a manifesto for future-back thinking and a hands-on guide to long-term planning, strategy development and execution within established organizations.
