Mukil has over 20 years of global experience in delivering Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions that drive significant client impact, including enhanced efficiency, operational improvements, and informed decision making.
His experience includes:
- Leading large, cross-functional global teams in executing complex Oracle Fusion Cloud and on-premise Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations, leveraging digital automation and analytics to streamline business processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Developing tailored industry solutions that enhance Oracle Cloud capabilities to provide clients with deeper financial insights, as well as driving significant improvements in process efficiency across global operations.
- Delivering managed services that ensure the ongoing optimization of Oracle ERP solutions, maximizing performance and supporting long-term business growth.
Before joining Huron, Mukil served as managing director and Oracle practice leader at AXIA Consulting (AXIA), which was acquired by Huron in 2024. At AXIA, he spearheaded various initiatives, working closely with clients and the delivery team to ensure Oracle Cloud implementations were predictable and outcome driven. Previously, he held various leadership roles at Hitachi Vantara and Hitachi Consulting Corporation over 16 years, driving differentiated solutions and leading global Oracle implementation projects.
Mukil earned a bachelor’s degree of commerce from Vikram University in India and a postgraduate diploma in business administration from Balaji Institute of Modern Management in India. He most recently completed Stanford LEAD, an executive leadership program from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
