Throughout his career, Leo has:
- Surpassed annual revenue goals for a major Workday professional services organization, driving five consecutive years of positive year-over-year growth.
- Assisted a large multinational pharmaceutical organization with its human resources (HR) digital transformation, including needs analysis, business case, market scan/vendor selection, road map, HR case management, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution design and implementation.
- Worked with an international faith-based nonprofit to spearhead its ERP digital transformation, designing people-centric processes, strengthening partnerships, and optimizing the impact of the organization's overall mission to strengthen spiritual health.
Prior to joining Huron, Leo served as vice president of North American sales at Mercer. He also held the role of account executive at Workday and engagement manager and business development director at McKesson Health Solutions. He was the ERP implementation director and business systems director at Dorman Products. He also served as project manager, technical lead, technical support analyst, and senior quality assurance analyst during his nearly 10 years at MEDecision.
Leo earned a Master of Business Administration from Penn State and a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University. He is a certified project management professional (PMP) and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
